Activity description
With a 40-year experience and know-how in the aerospace industry, Aerotech runs the study, production, reverse engineering, management and production of titanium, steel plus aluminum components. Also provided is the full equipment for aerospace and generic industrial applications.
Main activities: machining of components for aircraft of all sizes; mechanical assembly of aircraft components and equipment; construction of molds for laminating composite materials, foam, sheet metal forming and vacuum equipment for trimming. Aerotech meets the construction specifications set by the main international players involved in aerospace components.
Main in-house processes: CAD/CAM study, cutting, waterjet cutting, 3-5 axis machining, surface polishing, TIG and MIG welding, mechanical assembly, special gluing, riveting dimensional test with 3D measuring arm and traditional instruments.
Aerotech can rely on a network of qualified suppliers of materials and special processes applied to the aerospace and other sectors.
