Since 1955 Bisiach&Carrù has been offering a wide range of turn-key solutions dedicated to the railway, aeronautic and space sector.

Welding and automation system: Tauro is a robotized system used for the manufacture of wagons and it is equipped with 10 controlled axes, moving on over 200m track modules at ground level. The Universal Line allows different types of technology in the same cycle, among the others the resistance welding, the MIG welding, the mechanical manufacturing with chips machining, abrasion operations and cleaning of surfaces and geometrical measurements on the pieces and on fixtures; the system provides an exclusive method of off-line programming which allows a drastic reduction of the set up time.

Bisiach&Carrù designes and produces fixtures for the reference and clamping of the elements to be welded, performed with modular structures to be able to receive different wagons types.
