Activity description

Comutensili is an engineering and manufacturing Company employing around 75 people, specialized in machining of turbine and engine components, in designing and manufacturing of high precision tools for customers belonging to the Aerospace and Powergen markets. The Quality System is certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN 9100 and it has been audited and approved by many of the most important players in the Aerospace ad Energy fields.

Comutensili manages the whole production cycle: from industrialization to the realization, including fixtures and complete tooling. Heat treatment, surface treatment, NDT/DT are also available in cooperation with qualified suppliers. 

Comutensili is specialized in machining turbine parts from castings and forgings. Main products: blades, vanes, stator and rotor parts, turbine disks, rings, diaphragms, housing bearings, etc. Typical materials: alloy, super-alloy, titanium, stain steel, etc. 

The three decades of experience in designing and manufacturing of broaches (pine & dovetail) for Aerospace and Energy, makes Comutensili a strategic supplier in this market (external broach for turbine blades rotors; external broach for different profiles; special flat broach; sharpening service). 

Comutensili is also able to manage the design & manufacture of fixtures and special tooling, accessory parts, installation kits, and auxiliary components.
