FIBRA ITALIA is a young enterprise, located in North of Italy, specialized in composite material components development and production.
The company put together a long and solid experienced staff in manufacturing many types of materials such as carbon fiber, kevlar, various types of honeycomb, glass fiber etc.
FIBRA ITALIA has a wide activity area, extended in different sectors such as Automotive (structural and aesthetic parts) and Aerospace. In Aerospace sector we mainly produce structural or external laminates as fairing, cover, skin, spars and structured sandwich out of advanced composites. We realize also bonding of constructed parts.
The company takes care of every single detail during the production process and uses different technologies for the component achievement, like Pre-preg, using composite materials already resin impregnated, and wet lay-up, more suitable for manufacturing particular stamps during the prototyping phase.
Counting on a temperature/humidity controlled clean room 100 square mt wide, a 6 mt long Autoclave, raw material cutting machine, temperature controlled freezer, vacuum systems, FIBRA ITALIA is able to guarantee to the final consumer the highest quality, counting on 100% made in Italy productive process ensured by Aeronautic Quality Certification UNI EN ISO 9100.
FIBRA ITALIA mainly operates in the aerospace and automotive fields.
