ITACAe srl was founded in 2013. The legal office and the operational headquarters are located at Asti.

The staff has a consolidated experience in the best-in-class methodologies for the design & the analysis of industrial products & manufacturing processes, to manufacturing and engineering companies in the automotive and aerospace sectors mainly, for the optimum management of the product development cycle.

The main core business is related to CAD & CAE consultancy: analysis of standards & specifications, 3D CAD modelling, analysis of tolerances and drawings; FE analyses for product (stress, stiffness, quasi-static, dynamics, crash, buckling, fatigue, thermal fluid-dynamic, fluid-structure interactions) and process (bulk and sheet metal forming, injection and blow moulding, assembling). The company offers specific and customized professional consultancy and supporting programs (benchmarks of design & calculation tools, implementation plans for new methodologies into engineering offices, consultancy on decisions about new investments).

Moreover, the company offers training and consultancy for Six-sigma methodology (certification for black and green belts) and continuous improvement, consultancy on “Lean” methodology, reselling and development of software tools for design, engineering and process control, consultancy and certifications about Industry 4.0. It is owner of AMTOP® (Additive Manufacturing Tool Optimization Platform) and RT-PMAIC (Real Time - Process Management Analysis Improve Control); it conducts research in collaboration with universities, manufacturers and users of traditional and innovative technologies for the identification, the study and the optimization of critical process parameters and at the same time contribute to the technological development.
