Activity description

MeC is a Cost Consultancy firm established in 2006 in Turin, with presence in Europe and USA to collaborate with OEMs’ and TIERs’ on cost projects all around the world (EMEA, LATAM, NAFTA, APAC).

In 17 years of experience we have internally developed calculation tools that allow us to make accurate and updated cost estimates, thanks also to the integration of a dynamic and always updated database that contains:

• Set of Cost data for 195 Manufacturing Locations - including utility rates, labor rates and manufacturing cost factors;
• costs of 1350 materials - including new materials such as composites, carbon fibers and green materials;
• Hourly Costs of 4200 Machines - availability and interaction with all burden rate calculations;
• Packaging Costs - primary, secondiasry, tertiary;
• Shipping Costs - by land, by water or by air;
• General Costs - SG&A, overheads.

MeC has four offices: Turin, Modena, Detroit and Tangeri and supports local and non-local companies, with activities at customers' premises or at its own offices.
