Activity description
TECNO EDM was founded in 1992 developing the core business of designing and constructing high quality graphite, copper and tungsten-copper electrodes.
The great commitment dedicated over the years gave the company the ability to offer a complete and innovative service to the customers according to the ISO 9001 certification.
Our activity in articulated in two main sectors: production and commercial. The production structure is now made up of a state-of-the-art workshop in the sector; continuous investments have made it possible to create a production unit consisting of thirteen work centers. Five of which with five axes that constitute automated work islands with two latest generation Erowa robots capable of guaranteeing a high level of production both in terms of flexibility and volume. Finally, Tecno EDM has three tangential adjustments and six wire erosions.
TECNO EDM’s technical department has been equipped with high power CAD CAM stations and can also provide the electrode design and drawing service.
The quality control guarantees the perfect production of the pieces through CNC dimensional control machines.
