Activity description

NIMBUS is an aeronautical company, certified UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008, which designs and manufactures innovative Remote Pilot Systems (RPAS). It is an operator authorized by the National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) and is inscribed under the Italian Federation of Aerospace, Defense and Security (AIAD).

NIMBUS has invested, with a highly qualified team of specialized engineers, 11 years in research, development, testing for its exclusive products:

• The Metaplano C-Fly, Hybrid worldwide patented airship, is the missing link between the airplane and the airship that combines the static and dinamyc lift;
• The PPL-612 PLUS, RPAS with the only ENAC Project Certification for Extended Critical Scenarios that authorizes serial production and allows use on infrastructure and urban centers at high altitudes and in the presence of wind;
• The PPL-630, a unique solution with high endurance, high payload capatbility and high resintance to the wind.

The RPAS PPL series 6 are hexarotor with outstanding inoffensive features designed, developed and tested for photographic and thermographic shooting. This professional RPAS is distinguished from the rest of the market for the construction and flight management features that meet the active and passive safety priorities: the use of soft material, propeller protection, no sharp edges, six powered dual-power motors, proprietary electronics with in-flight safety and emergency management controls, hour meter for mandatory maintenance, pilot station with two remote commands (main and secondary) with telemetry station and PC dedicated to control and control of the remote pilot aircraft and the photographic apparatus and thermometer kit which are synchronized and aligned on board.
