Activity description
Founded in 1995 as a converter of adhesive products, in the same year it incorporated the family company already present on the national market since 1958, thus capitalizing on customers, contacts and distributed brands.
Proxima is today counted among the main "Made in Italy" companies in its sector and is a distributor of well-known international brands such as 3M (of which it is also the Official Converter), Tesa, Nitto, Scapa, Henkel, Loctite, Staloc.
The company's mission translates into two main values: dynamism and speed in serving client companies, with constant attention to the continuous developments of the reference market both in Italy and abroad.
The processing and transformation of single and double-sided tapes are the company's strong point, capable of providing a vast range of products by die-cutting and cutting them to specific designs, even large ones, of the customer.
The other processes include the gluing of supports (also supplied by the customer), the production of identification labels (also printed in one colour), the cutting of coupled slot and hook plastic systems (telepass), the cutting of rolls to size, the gluing of details and the production of double-sided adhesive sheets.
The variety of products that Proxima supplies to client companies includes many types of adhesive tapes, glues and sealants capable of meeting the different needs of sealing, resistance to temperature, atmospheric, marine and mechanical stresses.
Proxima is certified ISO 9001,14001, IATF 16949 (automotive sector).
